Adjustable Bracing Support to Wall Formwork in Single-side Wall
Structures
The push-pull braces are used to align and support the formwork. The loads resulting from the pouring are transferred into the
push-pull brace and the cast-in tie anchors at the front base of
the vertical waling.
Connection between formwork panels and vertical waling is quickly
and easily done with connectors. Besides, the vertical waling is
anchored to the ground by rods previously embedded in the
foundation.
Bracing support single-sided formwork is also used for single-side
structural walls concrete. With simple structure, less weight and
components, it is the ideal solution for walls less than 3.3 m
high.
Advantages:
1. The concrete pressure are reliably transferred to the embedded
anchor systems and push-pull braces.
2. The maximum wall height is up to 3.3 m.
3. Once assembled, each set of bracket and panels can be easily
lifted and moved to the required pouring location.

Packing:
1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons
to 26 tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
2. Different packages are used for different products:
--- bundles: timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.
--- pallet: small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
--- wooden cases: it is available on customer's request.
--- bulk: some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.
Delivery:
1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days
after receive customer's down payment.
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
