Flange Clamp H20 to Connect Timber Beam onto Steel Waling in Wall
Formwork
Flange clamp is used for fastening timber beam H20 anywhere on the
steel waling.
1). Push the Flange clamps onto the timber beam H20.
2). Before tightening them to the steel waling, make sure that they
are centrically positioned.
3). Gently tighten on one side. Tap the stirrup with a hammer to
ensure that the clamp is sitting correctly.
4). Tighten the clamp on the other side and tap the stirrup with
the hammer.
5). Tighten the first side of the clamp completely.
Mount the flange clamps with the hexagonal nuts facing downwards
(towards the bottom of the formwork). This protects the nuts
against soiling during pouring concrete.
